PhotoHub Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to PhotoHub! Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By using this app, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PhotoHub application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PhotoHub is a photo heatmap visualization tool that provides the following features:

• Photo heatmap calendar display
• Monthly and daily photo browsing
• Annual statistics
• Thanos Snap random photo selection
• Quick swipe to filter photos
• Batch select all screenshots
• Colorful themes

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription details:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to circumvent or breach the security features of the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Use any part of the App for commercial purposes without explicit authorization

5. Data and Privacy

We value your privacy. All data processing in the App follows our Privacy Policy. PhotoHub does not collect, upload, or share your photo data. All photo processing is performed locally on your device.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Important: PhotoHub provides photo deletion functionality. Please use the delete feature with caution. Deleted photos may be moved to the system Photos app's "Recently Deleted" folder, but we are not responsible for any data loss resulting from the use of the delete feature. We recommend backing up your photos before deleting them in bulk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of the App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or other appropriate means.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms. Upon termination, the provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
